Concrete action proposals for Oxygen as well as the icon naming specification itself can be found for the following categories: actions, apps, categories, devices, places, status, animations, emblems, emotes, mimetypes.

The following list (thanks go to Jonathan Riddell) was used for the initial conversion of icon names and should not be considered the definitive resource for KDE 3/4 icon name relations as it's incomplete and probably outdated for some of the icon names. The pages linked above contain more current, but probably still incomplete name mappings.

The format is <standard-name> <kde3-name> <status>
