TaskManager Plasmoid

The idea is as follows:

You will see information about running tasks and control them. Just like KSysGuard

Currently there are two Mockups. Both of them are very nice and it seems that the official one will be the second one. Please note, they could be really implemented.

They are in very first steps of work, so maybe they have lots of usability-like problems. You could help, at least with your ideas.
