Such information belongs into the API documentation of the classes itself. KDockWidget is even for KDE3. All this stuff in Tutorials/ is KDE4. KDockWidget was renamed to K3DockWidget and moved to the kde3support library. (see http://api.kde.org/4.0-api/kdelibs-apidocs/kde3support/html/classK3DockWidget.html)
