the folders (and all applets) should dialogate in some way with the containment let's say we have two folderviews, one into the Desktop folder one in the Work folder. if the user drags let's say an image to the desktop a popup will say:

copy to Desktop
copy to Work
Open in Picture Frame
set as wallpaper
make a link
