If Techbase is set to FR, the expected target page should be also FR (it exists). You always land to the EN page in spite of the Special:MyLanguage. Only if you are also connected in Mediawiki you get the expansion of Special:MyLanguage into the language selected there (if FR, you are lucky, but may be ukrainian or other).

Today the solution works always. Imposing the language of the target in Techbase is a problem if the destination page /xx has not yet been created. The fallback should then be in mediawiki to use the EN page.
