qt -> qt4?

Right now, this template points to the latest version of Qt. Ok, we will be with Qt4 for some time, but what about

this way, it's more clear about the version of Qt it's referring to, and less problematic for Qt5 (ok, far away now, but better think futher! ;) ) -- pino (forgot the signature)
