RE: "Oxygen's Approach to Icon Sizes"

This whole section appears to be different from the KDE Artist guidelines for making icons and should be changed.

The guidelines state that three icons should be submitted:

  1. An SVG icon with pixel size of 128x128
  2. A 16x16 PNG icon that has been hand optimized
  3. A 22x22 PNG icon that has been hand optimized

If larger sizes don't render well from SVG, the Artist can also submit 32x32 and 48x48 icons.

For best rendering, all major object edges should fall on an 8 pixel boundary in the 128x128 SVG.

Strokes that are an odd number of pixels wide will need to fall on a 1/2 pixel boundary so that the edge will fall on a pixel boundary.
