I noticed that in debian lenny you need libhal-dev to compile kdeplayground-base and libavformat-dev for k3b from extragear-multimedia from svn. Should that go somewhere else?

I noticed that in debian lenny you need libhal-dev to compile kdeplayground-base and libavformat-dev for k3b from extragear-multimedia from svn. Should that go somewhere else?
