OSM Vector Map

By default we'd like to visualize the OpenStreetMap data using a style that is intentionally very close to the default openstreetmap.org style.

Where possible we'd like to take advantage of the vector rendering capabilities: e.g. by rendering buildings as 3D objects, by adding trees that look more like real life trees, etc.

The goal is to also provide a seemless downloading experience where the tiles are downloaded in the background by default - in the same style as for the OpenStreetMap bitmap map theme (in addition we plan to offer region tar ball download for offline usage).
