本页旨在帮助那些独立软件开发商(ISVs)了解KDE路线的背景情况。

KDE开发

目前KDE的主要开发精力都放在KDE 4上，那才是主版本。当然，有些新功能，新API和新框架会打破一些兼容性，我们（社区）已花费了相当的精力确保向KDE 4的移植尽可能的简单易行。

KDE 4的路线图分为发布计划和功能计划。

子项目

一些KDE的子项目有自己的路线图：

KDE多媒体项目 - 由Phonon支持，一套崭新的多媒体API。
KOffice - 自由，集成的KDE办公套件。
