Build cross compiled package

To get a portable version from the master branch three steps are necessary:

• register at obs (click on https://build.opensuse.org/ "Sign in") and let me know the user name, so I can give you access rights
• trigger new build (64bit) (32bit)
• Download portable package (64bit) (32bit)
