Currently, Amarok is testing out git to help with KDE's migration. There are also one or two kde-related projects that have started on [http://gitorious.org/about gitorious] (although this is *not* recommended yet!)
Amarok has their own [[Getting_Started/Sources/Amarok_Git_Tutorial|git tutorial]], which has a fair amount of overlap with these git pages (we're copying from them ;)

Projects already on Gitorious

  • Amarok - KDE's favorite music player.
  • Phonon - KDE platform's multimedia backend.
  • Konversation - an IRC client for KDE.
  • ColdStorage - a backup system designed for external storage.
  • kde-qt - KDE’s copy of Qt, containing the latest release, plus patches for Qt that haven’t been accepted (yet) by Qt Software.

FIXME: Is this a KDE project? Why are permissions not set for kde-developers?
