Used to provide a forwarding link when a page has been moved to the KDE Userbase Wiki.
If the page has the same name on the community wiki, use like
{{Moved To Userbase}}
which will produce the text
This page is now on the community wiki.
Otherwise, you can specify the new name:
{{Moved To Userbase|New Name}}
which will produce the text
