Duplicate where, in techbase ?
I see an equivalent in https://userbase.kde.org/Toolbox/fr then is the Duplicate in userbase ?
Should we merge the 2 pages to keep all informations ?
What would be the final location of this page (tech/user base) ? I think the right place is in userbase since here (techn base) is for programmation but who can clarify that ?
