Bug triage is the sorting and processing of bug reports to make it easier for developers to fix bugs. Any user can do bug triage - no programming skills are necessary, although the more experience you have, the easier you will find it.

1) Open a Bugzilla Account

You should join the bugsquad mailing list to keep up to date on the latest bugsquad happenings. We also gather in #kde-bugs on irc.freenode.net where you are welcome to ask any questions you have.
