I don't want to be to daring to change it, but shouldn't the title of the section "What These (Will) Guidelines Cover" be either "What These Guidelines (Will) Cover"?
the info I added actually belongs in the tutorial, and the sizing stuff isn't entirely accurate. I'd be really really happy if someone fixed this for me...

Why not adding an applet to more than one category? I think this would solve most of the "Questions from a futur plasmoid programmer".
