I think kdelibs now has a better approach on handling proxies. Could kopete make use of that so one is able to run it behind corporate proxies that allow CONNECT to remote servers on port 443 (most do)? Gaim and Licq can do that already (I only tried ICQ/Oscar).
Just seen that there's something on the way regarding the QQ protocol (see [1]): http://websvn.kde.org/trunk/KDE/kdenetwork/kopete/protocols/qq/
Is there anything on this: roadmap, goals...? I would beta test :D --129.13.186.3 15:17, 3 September 2007 (CEST)
How about putting an avatar of your co-chater (sorry for my bad English) to the background of chat window. I think, it would be easier to find a needed window.
