Does this "There should be developers documentation in the form of apidox for libraries you can check this at ebn" mean that it can only be checked for libraries, i.e. "There should be developers documentation in the form of apidox . For libraries you can check this at ebn" or that it only applies to libraries, i.e. "For libraries there should be developers documentation in the form of apidox. You can check this at ebn"
