According to http://websvn.kde.org/*checkout*/trunk/KDE/kdelibs/KDE4PORTING.html, a number of things have changed with respect to KConfig in KDE4. Is everything in this file still applicable or should it be marked explicitly as KDE3?

It's still applicable Mattr 16:02, 24 December 2006 (CET)
