The welcome applet will be part of the default set of applets and sit somewhere in the top right corner area of the main screen.

A row of buttons at the top will allow the user to explore the community, documentation, download new plasma packages/themes and start systemsettings.

KTip text should appear in the bottom right corner of the applet.

A space to put an OpenID account (or create one) should appear in the bottom left corner of the applet.
