beginning the of the collaborated efforts to revamp the kdepim documentation. First to be addressed is kmail, then move to korganizer and kaddressbook.

we (tictric and vbatts) have conceded to work together in seeing that the kmail documentation be:

brought up to date
consolidated
given some images / visuals

The documentation process is going to be split up into the following sections and will be merged together into one single docbook-file:
