Decibel
作为日常生活的一部分，通讯应该被集成到你的桌面上。这个通讯组件应该是无缝集成的，包括了所有的通讯协议；包括聊天，语音以及视频。
Decibel希望提供一个实时通讯的框架。这意味着他将集成传统电话服务以及IP电话和即时聊天工具。得益于基于组件的系统架构，开发人员可以很方便的将他们自己的应用程序和功能添加上去并集成到各自的工作流中。
一些功能:
- 使用Tapioca -实现Telepathy规范的类库
- Decibel后台程序,通常被称为"Houston"
- 纯Qt4代码,与KDE类库无关。
