Do we need the kde4 category

do we really need to mark kde4 tutorials as such? the implication is that they are all kde4 tutorials unless otherwise marked, no?

the only real benefit i can see is that 5-7 years down the road when we start making kde5 we won't have to tag the kde4 articles ;)

I think it helps to avoid ambiguity. If readers see pages that are marked as KDE3 and then see others with no markers at all, I don't think they should assume KDE4. I feel it's a matter of consistency.
