Hello and welcome. Unfortunately you have started translation of the original page, destroying the English. It looks as though that page has never been prepared for translation by the new system (which is much much better than the old one). I will have to roll back to get the English up. Tomorrow I will mark up the page ready for you to work on it.
Meanwhile, you need to use the link in the sidebar to register for a Translator account. You'll get the approval very quickly, subject to time-zones. One the page has a blue "Translate this page" link at the top it is ready for you to start work.
