Konqi, the KDE mascot now also supporting MS Windows

You can build base KDE 4 libraries and development tools on Windows using:

  • Windows emerge tool with both compilers (mingw/gcc and msvc).
  • Cross-compile from linux with mingw (still unstable)

The following sites are deprecated at the moment and should not be used until you know, very well, what you're doing:

  • MinGW gcc and
  • MS Visual Studio.
