Lua bindings for Qt are being developed. KDE bindings are in the TODO list, but will have to wait for more stability of the framework.
You can get the bindings from trunk/playground/bindings/lqt or from the Git repository [1]. Since they are developed with Git chances are that the playground is not up to date with the latest changes.
The BUILD file contains information needed to generate the bindings.
lqt is highly experimental. Use at your own risk.
