A bug weekend is a weekend during which the people meets with the goal of triaging as many bugs as possible for a KDE package. In the weekend of 6 and 7 January the next bug triage will take place: Konqueror Weekend Jan 2006.
Try to reproduce bugs from the list of unconfirmed Konqueror bugs. Then add a comment along the lines of "I can reproduce with KDE 3.5.5 in Gentoo". Finally add it in the appropriate section of the list of bugs to be done. If you manage to deal with some bugs successfully, you may want to request bug editing permissions. Then you'll be able to change the status of bugs yourself.
